Beautiful post. I sadly lost my dad a few months back and music played a huge part in our relationship. It’s too soon to listen to any song that reminds me of him, but I’m hoping one day I can 🧡
No. I cannot imagine the horror but I can empathise with you all. Your story hits me deeply because the same thing happened to my cousin’s husband when he was in his mid 40’s. She found him on the kitchen floor hours later.
The reason for my wife’s stroke is Moyamoya disease. I’m not sure about your cousin’s husband, but hopefully it’s been manageable from another one happening.
Thank you for sharing. I can’t even imagine. Hugs ❤️
Thank you Melanie. ❤️💙❤️💙

Thank you Hopeful. I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. Time heals each one of us differently.
Damn. Hugs. No words. Music is life.
Sorry.
Thank you, Chris. Music is life. Sharing how that gets me through it is what I want to do with my Substack.
Preach! Turn it up!
Dude. I have no words.
Not something you plan for.

Brutal.

Bawling. You’re such a beautiful writer, my friend! ♥️
I debated whether I would share that on Substack or not. I felt compelled to do so at that time and am glad I did. It changed our lives forever.
I’m glad you did too.
